60-Day Hassle-Free Return Window

You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason — no questions asked.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at returns@waveinboardmotors.com within 60 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason (optional)
  3. We’ll reply within 24 hours with an RMA number and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to our Fort Lauderdale warehouse (pre-paid label provided on request for orders under $500 in Cont. USA)
  5. Once received and inspected, refund is issued within 3 business days

Refund Method

  • Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, wire)
  • Shipping costs refunded only if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective

Warranty Claims (Beyond 60 Days)

All products carry the full manufacturer warranty (typically 2-5 years). We handle warranty service directly — no need to deal with the factory.

Exclusions

  • Hazmat items that have been opened (fuels, paints, adhesives)
  • Items marked “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Labor, shipping, or installation costs
