By placing an order or using this website you agree to the following terms.

1. General

  • All prices are in USD (US customers) or EUR (EU customers) and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify pricing without prior notice.
  • All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are not binding until we send an order confirmation email.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, wire transfer, and approved purchase orders.
  • Full payment is required before shipment (except approved Net-30 commercial accounts).
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • See our full Returns & Refund Policy (60-day window).
  • Engines, generators, and transmissions returned unused within 60 days incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Special-order and electrical items are non-returnable unless defective.

5. Warranty

  • All products carry the original manufacturer warranty (typically 2–5 years).
  • We act as the authorized warranty station for Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Caterpillar, Fischer Panda, Paguro, ZF, and others.
  • Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship; does not cover misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or commercial racing.
  • Labor is covered only when performed by Wave Inboard Motors or an authorized service center.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, downtime, towing, or charter cancellation.
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us.

7. Accuracy of Information

  • We strive for accuracy but specifications, pricing, and availability may contain errors.
  • Images are for illustration; actual product may vary slightly.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and product images are property of Wave Inboard Motors or our suppliers and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida courts.

10. Changes to Terms
